New program to expands services and support to schools!

CDAC is seeking licensed clinicians (LMHC or LCSW) to provide support to Santa Rosa County School District students, families, and staff. The counselors will serve as part of the district’s Crisis Response and Threat Assessment Teams. The counselors will also provide Trauma-Informed Care and Resilience Training to students and staff at their assigned schools, assist with crisis intervention, provide referrals/community resource information to families, and provide trainings, including Youth Mental Health First Aid, to district staff.

 

The positions require a master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work with counseling experience, preferably within a school-based setting. Applicants must be licensed (LMHC or LCSW). Applicant is not required to already be a YMHFA trainer.

 

This is a permanent full-time position with a 10-month schedule, which follows the school calendar. School holidays and breaks are observed, including summer break. The salary is $45,000 (DOE) annually, based on the 10-month schedule. You will not need to reapply each year to continue employment.

Position requires a Level II Background, School District Background, and valid driver’s license.

CDAC is seeking master’s level clinicians to deliver counseling services to students in a public school setting to build resiliency in youth facing multiple risk factors, so they may lead healthy, productive, drug and violence free lives. The counselor works to provide individual and/or group support to students using evidence-based curricula and counseling theories and techniques.

Multiple openings available in Santa Rosa County.

The positions require a master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work with individual and group support services/counseling experience, preferably within a school-based setting.

This is a permanent full-time position with a 10-month schedule, which follows the school calendar. School holidays and breaks are observed, including summer break. The salary is $31,000 (DOE) annually, based on the 10-month schedule. You will not need to reapply each year to continue employment.
